WEEKLY WORKOUT
This week we will do a body weight workout. We will do each exercise for one minute and then rest for 20 seconds. We will do 10 different exercises and we will do ten rounds. Modify activity as necessary.the exercises will be demonstrated before we begin.

- Walking lunges
- Flutter kicks
- Glute bridges
- Dying bug
- Plank side leg taps
- Bulgarian lunges
